Since our products are meticulously handcrafted, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns based on such imperfections.

The items are non-refundable once the original internal protective packaging has been removed. As we deal with wood products, variations in pattern, color, and design are natural and may differ from the pictures due to the inherent nature of the material. All sale items are final and not eligible for return unless the product is damaged during transit. If there is visible damage upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately for a resolution.
