Refund & Return Policy
At Luxury Wood Tables, every piece is handcrafted from natural materials. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we stand behind every table we make. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
Customers may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery only if a verified quality issue exists.
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons (such as a change of mind or preference) will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
2. Custom & Handmade Products
All custom-made and handmade tables are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of confirmed structural or quality defects.
Each table is made from a unique solid wood slab. Natural variations such as grain texture, color tone, small knots, or resin flow patterns are inherent characteristics—not defects.
Solid wood “breathes” with humidity and temperature changes. Minor movement, slight cracks, or surface checks are natural and do not affect structural integrity.
Small scuffs or marks from shipping or handling can usually be corrected with simple care products (such as wood wax or oil).
Perfectionists who expect flawless surfaces or zero movement should not purchase solid wood furniture.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team at info@luxurywoodtables.com with your order number and issue description.
Our team will respond within 5–10 minutes during business hours to guide you through the next steps.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
4. Responsibility & Guarantee
If an issue occurs not caused by the customer, such as a verified manufacturing or shipping defect, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund.
All payments are securely processed through our online platform, which collects full payment on our behalf.
We currently ship within the United States only.
