Step 2: Material & Design Confirmation

We’ll confirm your selected materials — Acacia wood, resin, or custom finishes.
Our design team will then prepare drawings or 3D previews for your approval.

Step 3: Quotation & Production

Once the design is confirmed, we’ll send you a final quotation.
After payment is made, production will begin. 
Lead time: approx. 8–12 weeks (depending on material & size).

Step 4: Quality Control & Shipping

Before shipment, each piece goes through inspection and finishing.
We’ll send you final photos and packaging details for confirmation.
Shipping is available worldwide.

Step 5: Delivery & Installation

We provide delivery coordination and installation guides.
For U.S. customers, white-glove service is available on request.

We sincerely wish to inform you that all Luxury Wood Tables products are made from solid wood and fully handcrafted. Each piece is shaped, sanded, and finished by hand — not mass-produced by machines.

Because of this artisanal process, absolute uniformity and industrial perfection are neither possible nor desired. Solid wood is a living material; it naturally expands, contracts, and may develop minor cracks, checks, or variations in color and grain over time. These characteristics are inherent to genuine solid wood and serve as proof of authenticity, not defects.

If you are a perfectionist or particularly sensitive to small imperfections, we kindly ask that you consider carefully before placing an order.
As every piece is individually crafted, we cannot accept returns or refunds for natural variations or imperfections related to the material or handcraft process.

Products become non-refundable once the original internal protective packaging is removed.
Because wood is a natural material, color tone, pattern, and grain may vary slightly from the product photos shown online.

All sales are final unless the product is damaged during transit.
If visible damage occurs upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately for resolution.
